Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Other Best Friend (MOBF).  The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

• All Domestic orders over $49 are offered free shipping at checkout via USPS. 
• Expedited Shipping can purchased for an additional charge and are calculated at checkout.
• Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:  All orders are processed within 3-5 business day (custom and special order products processing time is extended to 1-3 weeks depending on the item).
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
• We offer international shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.  Rates are calculated at checkout.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• We are not responsible for any damage sustained by the carrier. Items damaged by the carrier are not valid for return or refund. Shipments are insured with tracking and can be reimbursed by carrier in that event.
• We are not responsible for any missed deliveries or missing shipments. Once the package leaves our facility, it's the carriers responsibility to ensure proper delivery. Refunds are not valid in this event and reimbursement should be sought through the carrier.
